Squatter's paradise

Well, well, look what we have here. A corner property at 62-02 60 Place all boarded up. I wonder what the hell happened? It doesn't look burnt, but it's a hot mess for sure.
DOB records reveal that there are complaints about squatters/kids breaking in at night, work without a permit, illegal curb cut.
There's also a partial vacate order after the inspector found illegal conversion throughout the building. Good luck getting a response to your notice, DOB.

Let's face it, loss of jobs (manufacturing), greed, a corrupt city, overpriced land, crooked and useless politicians, poor city agencies, lack of enforcement and extremely low-class immigrants have ruined this city and especially Queens. Not matter how you spin this, these are facts.

Gee where are your electeds?

If a developer wants to calm traffic around a construction site Mike (I'm goin' places in Al-ban-y!) Gianaris gets a stop sign in as well as a photo op.

Sooooo why are they shy about something like this?

"Low class" is a value judgment. Value judgments are not "facts." Take a logic class, Joe.

Low-class is a value judgement, but "low-class immigrants have ruined this city", that is the fact. Learn to read before anonymously critiquing someone.

Take a first grade reading class to comprehend a sentence or two.

Enough of the these and you have turned Maspeth (or all of Queens) into Detroit.

"Broken Windows" indeed. At least Karpa Realty is current on the $580/quarter real estate taxes.
